Event: hair popp turns 1
A year ago, we successfully launched a carefully selected number of independent UK black-owned hair brands in our online (real black) black hair shop.
Within this same ground-breaking
year, we’ve hosted a natural hair workshop in St. Kitts to a very captive and
appreciative audience of teenage girls.
Six months back, a kind person nominated our founder, for a Midlands Business Community and Charity award. The dream of being recognised as a quality company was realised when our founder received the news about the award nomination. To have a company such as Facebook, personally invite us to do a pop-up shop because they recognise us as an ‘awesome’ and ‘amazing black-owned business’, who would have thought it?
