From September, these meetings are open to the public in real time but will also be recorded and made available here. The Agenda documents for meetings will continue to be published in advance for you to be able to view.

Any papers for the meeting will continue to be published here. If you have any questions you wish to submit to Governors please email FTmembership@secamb.nhs.uk in the first instance where possible.

Guidance for public and staff members on attendance – please read:
Upon joining please click mute and turn off your camera. There is a strict rule for muting and anyone not following this will be immediately removed from the meeting.

The only people speaking in the main part of the meeting will be Governors, Non-Executive Directors, the Chair, Chief Executive and anyone we have invited to present at the meeting.

You are invited to observe the meeting until questions are opened up at the end of the meeting when we will give instruction on how you can ask a question.

We will be closing requests to access the meeting from 10.15am onwards so an to minimise disruption so please ensure you join promptly.

We will be recording this meeting as per usual to share more widely if you are unable to join when it is live.

Prior to the pandemic meetings took place at SECAmb HQ Crawley, Nexus House, 4 Gatwick Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9BG**.

**Please note there is limited parking on site at SECAmb HQ in Crawley – see further information for visitors and a local bus route map.

Papers for the meetings will be available on this page five working days before the meeting. Council meetings usually start at 10am and conclude no later than 1pm.

Questions to the Council

There is space for questions from the public and staff at every formal Council meeting. Whenever possible, you are asked to submit questions to the Council at least 24 hours in advance, to enable us to provide the most complete answer. Please email questions to ftmembership@secamb.nhs.uk. For more information about the reasons behind this change please read our statement.
